HELENE REMPEL

Peacefully on Thursday, February 22, 2012, Helene left this earthly world to enter her heavenly home.

Helene will be lovingly remembered by her six children and their families. Left to mourn her passing, and at the same time, celebrate her long and rewarding life, are: Evelyn (Henry) Harder, Melvin (Johanna), Lorraine (Gordon) Pachal, Ruth (James) Ketler, Randy (Carol), and Don. Also remembering their beloved grandmother are 13 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren. Her brothers Henry and Albert, and sister Erna survive her. Helene was predeceased by her loving husband Ed, in January, 2004. Brother Jack and sister Rose have gone before her.

As a lifelong member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Steinbach, mom’s funeral service will be held there on Monday, February 27th at 2:00 p.m., which would have been her 94th birthday. Interment to follow at the St. Paul Lutheran Cemetery, Hwy #12 S.

JOHANNA (BETTY) WIEBE
January 1, 1930 - December 30, 2011
 
On December 30, 2011, with family by her side, Betty passed peacefully into a new life to be with her heavenly Father.
 
She is survived by six children — Gayle Delaurier, Brenda Lee Summers, Gloria (Greg) Nicol, Peggy (Daniel) Hebert, Carolin (Bob Albrecht) Wilson and Gary (Dorothy) Wiebe, 18 grandchildren as well as 21 great grandchildren.
 
She was predeceased by her husband Allan, on September 27, 1986.
 
A celebration of Mom’s life will be held Tuesday, January 3 at 2:00 p.m. at the Niverville Word of Life Church with lunch to follow. A private interment will take place at a later date.

Sept. 22, 1909- Dec. 29,2011

Our dear father passed away peacefully on Dec. 29, 2011 at the Villa Youville Personal Care Home in Ste. Anne, M.B. at the age of 102. He will be lovingly remembered and forever missed by his children, Georges (Bibiane) Peter ( Adèle) Alice (Terry) Louise (Jim) Anne (Bert) Denise (James) Victor, Cecile; fourteen grandchildren and thirteen great- grandchildren. Dad was predeceased by his loving wife Mary, daughter –in-law Irene, son- in- law Arnold, parents Joseph and Denise Gobeil, five sisters and nine brothers.

The family would like to express their heartfelt thanks to the staff at the Villa Youville; Sr Irene Rioux and Sister Marguerite Forest for the unending support , love and prayers and Dr. Demoissac for his compassionate care.

Funeral service will be held January 20,2012 at 2:00 pm at Our Lady of Assumption Roman Catholic Church, South Junction, MB. Internment of ashes in the parish cemetery.

A reception for family and friends will follow the funeral service in the church hall.

Aganetha (Nettie) Dyck, of Grunthal, Manitoba, passed away at the St. Pierre Hospital on Thursday, December 29, 2011 at the age of 66 years.

She is survived by her husband Ed, two daughters, one son and their families.

GUY SANSREGRET
 
It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Guy Sansregret of Ste. Anne, MB on December 24, 2011 at the Health Science Centre at the young age of 42. 
 
Guy was predeceased by his mom Lucille (Vandal) at a young age, and his sister Jessica. Guy leaves to mourn his loving wife Hali and their three children, Kelly (Carly), Tyson and Alexis.  Guy is survived by his father Charles (Diane) Sansregret of Richer MB and his brother Eugene (Patty) Sansregret, sister Linda (Darryl) Gauthier of Ste. Anne, MB, his father and mother-in-law Jack and Barb Worms of Ste. Adolphe, his sister in law Tara (Glen)  and his niece Samantha, of Winnipeg.  Guy is also survived by his step brothers Danny and Gary Bruce and his step sisters Kristin (Adam) Yakielashek and Christie (Brad) Smale and his foster parents Pierre and Simone Couture of Winnipeg as well as many nieces and nephews and a great nephew. 

Cremation has taken place and a service will be held January 2, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at Birchwood Funeral Chapel in Steinbach.  In lieu of flowers a trust fund for the family has been set up at the CIBC Bank in Steinbach.

ALAN KALMAR

Alan passed away at his home in Winnipeg, MB on December 23, 2011.

Alan was born in Steinbach, MB on February 8, 1968. He leaves to mourn his loss, his parents, George and Gladys Kalmar, his two sisters, Andrea(Tim) and Angela(Mike), his nephew Brennan and two nieces Cassidy and Madison, Aunts and Uncles, cousins, many friends, co-workers, and anyone who had the privilege of meeting him.
Funeral services for Alan will be held at 2 pm, Saturday, December 31, 2011 at Vita Funeral Home located at 256 Railway Avenue in Vita, MB. Lunch to follow service. Interment will be held at the Menisino Cemetery.

On December 23rd, Jacob R. Esau passed away at Bethesda Hospital at the age of 92. He was predeceased by his beloved wife, Annie, who passed away December 13th of this year.  Left to cherish his memory are his three daughters, Esther (Donald) Doerksen, [Jerilyn (Ryan) Koslowsky, Gaylene (Shane) Magian, Renae (Allen) Sterk], Hilda (Vernon) Froese, [Ryan (Angela),Tyler (Alishia), Rochelle (Brian) Cowan, Trista (Paul) Wiebe], and Alice (Leonard) Froese, [Simone (Greg) Duerksen, Jacinta (Craig) Lang, Linsey Froese], 21 great-grandchildren, two half-sisters, one half-brother, and many relatives and friends.

Helen R. Loewen, age 86, of Steinbach Manitoba, peacefully left her home on earth the evening of December 21, 2011, to live life in full with her Heavenly Father.

She leaves behind her siblings, Henry (Edna) Loewen of Steinbach, Martha (Herb) Penner of Calgary, Annie (Jake) Plett of Calgary, Wes (Lorraine) Loewen of Winnipeg, Dora Reimer of Edmonton, Elaine (Rudy) Reimer of Calgary. She was predeceased by her sister, Elma, in 1947.

With heavy hearts we announce the passing of our beloved Mother, Norma Bell, at the Villa Youville Nursing Home in Ste. Anne, MB on Wednesday, December 21, 2011 at the age of 80.

PETER HIEBERT

On the morning of December 16, 2011, Peter Heinrichs Hiebert, of Nanaimo, British Columbia quietly left us. ness, he remained truly dedicated.

Peter is survived by his loving wife Yolande, three sons Reg (Debbie), Brian (Julia) and Ron. He was blessed with six granddaughters: Carmen (David), Amanda, Beverley and Crystal, Jenny and Nicky and one great granddaughter, Hannah, and two great grandsons Kaylan and Hayden. As well, he is survived by sisters Ann Dyck (John) and Doris Hildebrand and brothers Andrew Hiebert (Bettie) and Jacob Hiebert (Betty) and their families as well as family members of his deceased siblings. There are so many nieces and nephews that Peter shared a bond with and he always had fond thoughts of them.

A remembrance service will take place on Thursday, December 29th at 2:00 p.m. at Birchwood Funeral Chapel in Steinbach. Following the service interment will take place at the Hiebert Heritage Cemetery in Niverville. Following the interment a luncheon will be held at the Niverville Heritage Centre in the Atrium. Friends and relatives are welcome to attend.

A service for the "British Columbia family" has already been held in Parksville, BC.

Peacefully, at Rest Haven Nursing Home in Steinbach, MB, Martin Dueck, 83, went home to be with his Lord and Saviour, December 10, 2011.

Martin was predeceased by his loving wife Karoline on January 20, 2003. He is survived by his four sons and one daughter and their families: Ken (children Jonathan, Hannah and Rebecca) of the U.K.; Stan and Ruth (children Crystal and Jennifer) of Whitehorse, YT; Art and Joanne (children Nathan, Lisa and Stephanie) of Steinbach MB; Ray and Renee (children Brayden and Codey) of Winnipeg, MB; Marilyn and Danny Mann (children Mikala and Dawson) of Sanford, MB.

Martin will also be dearly missed by three sisters and six brothers. He is predeceased by three brothers and one sister.

Alphonse passed away unexpectedly at his home in Richer on Tuesday, November 29, 2011.

Florence Emily Mac Donald (nee Marchant), beloved wife of the late Hugh Allan Mac Donald, passed away peacefully on November  22, 2011 at the age of 98 years, after a lengthy battle with Alzheimer’s.

Peacefully, on Friday, November 18h, at the age of 84, Mom left her home on earth to be reunited with loved ones who went before her, to live life in full with her Father in Heaven.

Born to August and Rose De Lima Beau dry in August of 1927, mom had 9 brothers and 12 sisters. She grew up and lived most of her life on the farm in South Junction, Manitoba. It was there in 1948 she fell in love with and married Philip Prevost. They together loving raised 10 children Doris, Norbert (Julaine), Raymond  (Lynn), Jocelyne (Guy), Normand (Cecile), Leon (Kathy), Sally (Jeff), John (Margie), Victor (Shawny), William (Bonnie), who in turn presented them with many grandchildren  and great grandchildren.

Wasylyna (Bella) Koshelanyk of Toronto, Ontario peacefully passed away on Thursday November 17, 2011 - 8:00pm at Humber River Regional Hospital after a short battle with lung cancer.

Born in Caliento, Manitoba on November 28, 1929 to Bill and Ann Maxymowich, Bella married husband Joseph on November 8, 1947. They moved to Toronto in 1966 where she worked as a machinist for a paper company until 1971 when she left to become a housewife and mother.

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the sudden tragic passing of Susie Reinke on November 11, 2011.
 
Born in Neuendorf, Russia on December 27, 1920 she along with her parents, four brothers and four sisters immigrated to Canada in November 1923.  She married Frank Reinke, the love of her life, on April 10, 1939.
 
She was predeceased by her husband Frank on May 1, 1998. She leaves to mourn her passing: Richard and Marline, Jim and Eileen, Victor, Frances and John Voth, six grandchildren, and thee great grandchildren. After suffering a major heart attack earlier in the week, Evelina was taken home to rest, early in the morning on Friday, October 28, 2011, at the St. Boniface General Hospital. She was born in Steinbach, Manitoba on June 8, 1930. She was married to Edward Reimer on September 27, 1956.

She is survived by her husband, Edward, two sisters-in-law, two nieces and two nephews and their families.

Anne Unger (nee Fehr) of Minnedosa, Manitoba passed away in her home on October 26th, 2011 at the age of 76 years. Anne was born in Dauphin, Manitoba on April 27th, 1935 to the late David and Annie Fehr. She was the eldest daughter of thirteen siblings.

Marie was born in Fisher Branch, Manitoba, to parents Marie-Anne (née Morin) and Conrad Bouvier.  She will always be remembered for her gentle kindness by her husband Raymond of 55 years, daughters Mireille (Jean-Pierre) and Renée (Bala); sons Gilles (Irène), Marcel (Nicole), Émile, and Ronald (Kim); nine grandchildren (Danielle, Natalie, Nicholas, Amanda, Évan, Sabrina, Camille, Matthew and Dominique); four great-grandchildren (Mila, Ava, Xavier and Mya); brother Louis and sisters Huguette and Myriam.  Marie was predeceased by baby Joseph, parents Conrad and Marie-Anne, and brother Léopold.

In keeping with Marie’s wishes, cremation has taken place, and a celebration of life has been held.


MARY H. KORNELSEN

Mary Kornelsen, aged 83 years, of Rosenort, passed away on Friday October 21, 2011 at the Morris General Hospital.

She leaves to mourn her passing her beloved husband of 61 years, Levi; her children and their families: Larry and Gwyn, their children Brian and Petra, Kevin, and Karen; Phyllis and Ron Barkman, their children Stacy, Alisa and Lee (son Ryan); Gerald and Kathy, their children Matthew, Jon and Heidi; Cal and Sandy, their children Christina (daughter Tyanna), and Christopher; and Jeannette. Also surviving are her sisters Ann Dueck and Helen (John) Rempel.

She was predeceased by four brothers, Pete, Abe, Frank, and Jake, and brother-in-law Frank Dueck.

The funeral service was held on Tuesday October 25 at the Rosenort Evangelical Mennonite Church, with interment in the church cemetery. The arrangements were with the Morris Funeral Home.

October 23, 1914 – October 20, 2011
 
Peacefully, on October 20, 2011, Ida passed away at Steinbach, Manitoba.  She was predeceased by her parents John T. and Ottelie Borkowsky, her brothers Bill and Fred, her sisters Erna and Emily, her husband Albert, on February 15, 2003, and her daughter Miriam on October 13, 1998.  She is survived by a sister, Frieda, a brother, Lorenz, and a brother-in-law, Art Schultz.
 
Also, left to cherish her memory are her sons, Ron Grienke (Gail), Alvin Grienke (Mintie); grandchildren, Tammy Stark (Bob Way and Christie), Candy Stark (Alf Wiebe), Lori, Michael, Jocelyn and Jennica.

After fighting cancer several years he went to be with the Lord in Fairview, AB, hospital at 7:20 a.m., Oct 15, 2011. He was preceded in death by numerous relatives, his son, Nathan, and first wife, May. Peacefully, on a glorious fall morning, October 11, 2011, Alice Tétrault Wenden went home to the loving arms of Jesus at the young age of 101. She was born in St. MaIo, MB on October 2,1910. She moved with her parents and family to La Broquerie in 1920 and married Gerard Wenden on December 8, 1938.
 
She was predeceased by her husband Gérard in 1979, her son, Hubert in 2002 and 12 siblings.

Hilda Nancy Wiebe was born on September 2, 1917, the eighth of nine children born to Johann G. Wiebe and Katherine (Klassen) Wiebe.

May 28, 1955 - October 3, 2011

Suddenly on October 3rd, 2011 Jim passed away peacefully in his car in Wampum. Jim was born in Roseau, Minnesota but lived his entire life in Wampum.
 
He is survived by his wife of 33 years Shirley (Meixner), his daughter Jolene (Gabriel Bunn) and grandchildren; Trechelle and Teane. Jim is also survived by his mother Elsie Yurechka, sisters Bonnie Grawberger (Gary), Susie Dokken (Kenny), Sandy Yurechka (Darrell), mother-in-law Rolande Meixner, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Jim was predeceased by his son, Jared in 1998 and his father John in 2003.

With deep sorrow over our loss we announce that Clifford David Dearborn passed away peacefully on October 1, 2011 at the Steinbach Bethesda Hospital will all his brothers and sisters at his side.
 
Cliff was predeceased by his father Samuel Dearborn in 1974, his mother Tina Dearborn in 2008, his sister Ethel Ducarme in 2004 and an infant brother Allen.  He is survived and deeply missed by three brothers, Allen (Emily), Pete (Cindy), Charlie (Gisele) and five sisters, Mary (Brian), Eva (Ron), Joy (Peter), Margaret (Frank), Minnie (Brian).  He has been a special uncle to 24 nieces and nephews and 20 great nieces and nephews.

Left to mourn his passing is his wife of 60 years Renate, and their three sons; Axel (Lydia) of Winnipeg; Ron (Carol) of New Bothwell and Reinhard (Rose) of Kleefeld. Along with them he also leaves behind 10 grandchildren and their spouses, and nine great-grandchildren, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.

With great sadness we announce the death of Carroll, wife and mother, who peacefully passed away the Bethesda Hospital, Steinbach, MB.

Carroll was predeceased by her parents Harry and Ann, her parents-in-law George and Mary.

Carroll is survived by her husband of 44 years, Barry of Paradise Village, Ste. Anne, her daughter Kim (Glenn) Laycock of Thompson, her son Blake (Tracy) of Seattle, Washington, grandchildren Brady, Trent, and Lance Laycock, Sienna and Justin Knox, and Ethan Wright.  She is also survived by her sisters Sandra (Murray) of Kelowna, B.C., Nancy of Ottawa, ON; sister-in-law Rosemary of Sherbrooke, PQ.  She also leaves four nieces and three nephews as well as numerous grand nieces and grand nephews.

Cremation has taken place.  A memorial service and celebration of Carroll’s life was held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 21, 2011, at Birchwood Funeral Chapel in Steinbach, MB.  Flowers are gratefully declined.

GERARD (GERRY) HRECHANYK
Oct. 6, 1955 – Sept. 15, 2011

   It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Gerry Hrechanyk, of La Broquerie, MB. After a brief but courageous battle with cancer, Gerry peacefully passed away surrounded by his family at the Health Sciences Centre, Winnipeg on Thursday, Sept. 15, 2011, at the age of 55.

   Gerry leaves behind to celebrate his life, Angela, his wife of 28 years, and sons Aaron and Kyle; his sisters, Anne (Wes) Keating and Marianne Curtis; four nieces, two nephews, a grand-niece and grand-nephew.

   He was predeceased by his father Zon in 1997 and  mother Helene in 2009.

   A celebration of Gerry’s life will take place Wednesday, Sept. 21 at Birchwood Funeral Chapel in Steinbach. Interment followed at the Sandilands Cemetery. In Gerry’s memory, the family requested those attending the funeral to bring out their classic automobiles.

   In lieu of flowers, a trust account has been set up at the Steinbach Credit Union to assist the family. Donations may also be made to the Canadian Cancer Society in his memory.

Peacefully at his residence, Alex passed away at the St Adolph Nursing Home, St Adophle, Manitoba on September 15, 2001 at the age of 68 years.

ALFRED PAUL JANZ
January 11, 1928 - September 9, 2011

Peacefully on Friday, September 9,  at age 83, Dad went home to be with his Lord and Saviour at the Rest Haven Nursing Home in Steinbach. Born to Artur Janz and Erna Janz (nee) Goetzke, he was predeceased by his wife Kathrine Janz (nee Wiebe), one son in infancy, three brothers and four sisters. He is survived by six children, Mark, Paula (Paul), Art (Robin), Irene (Boris), Christine (Danny), and Andrew (Trina), and ten grandchildren.

Dad was born and raised in Klien Marianwalda, East Prussia. He survived WWII and immigrated to Canada December 23, 1951. Dad moved to Winnipeg the fall of 1959 and took employment at Health Sciences Centre, where he met Mom. They were married in October 1960. In 1975 the family moved to Middlebro, Manitoba. Soon after Mom passed away in December 1997, Dad moved to Steinbach, where he enjoyed his last years.

Funeral will be held at Birchwood Funeral Chapel, Steinbach on Saturday, September 17 at 1:00 p.m., with viewing a half hour prior to the service. Burial at Full Gospel Mission Cemetery in Sprague. Peacefully, with her family by her side, Jeannette passed away Friday, September 9 at Bethesda Hospital.  She is lovingly remembered by her husband of 40 years John, son Mike (Susanna), daughter Karen, brothers Arthur (Gladys), Armand (Joan), her sister Rita (Mike), numerous nieces and nephews and many close friends.

We announce the tragic and unexpected passing of Edward Koshelanyk at his home on Thursday, Sept. 8, 2011 at the age of 59 years.

Eddie was born in Vita on Jan. 11, 1952 to Marco and Lena Koshelanyk of Caliento, MB.

He was predeceased by his mother Lena Koshelanyk on Oct. 28, 2010 and baby brother in 1962. Eddie is survived by his father Marco, his brothers Jim (Lee) and Tom (Marg), his sisters Christine and Marianne (Roger), and many nieces, nephews and friends.

Eddie’s funeral took place on Tuesday, Sept. 13 at 11 a.m. at Vita Funeral Home in Vita, MB with interment in the Caliento National Cemetery, Caliento.

Ella Mantie of Winnipeg passed away peacefully on Thursday, Sept. 8, 2011 at the Tuxedo Villa Care Home at the age of 91.

She was born in Konijadt, Germany on Aug. 31, 1920 and settled with her family in Tenby, MB on June 9, 1924.

            Left to mourn her passing: son David Dollis (Margit), step-daughter Deloris Podjan (Ed), daughter-in-law Elma Mantie-Schade (Willi), 12 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren along with nieces and nephews.

Peacefully Wednesday August 24, 2011 Roger Durand passed away at the St. Pierre De Salaberry Hospital at the age of 78 years.

He is survived by his beloved wife Therese of 55 years and by his daughters and their families.

EILEEN DYCK

Eileen Dyck (nee Unrau) of Swift Current, SK passed away early August 13, 2011 at the Cypress Regional Hospital.

Eileen is survived by her husband of 34 years, Bill; her daughter, Leslie and fiancé Kevin Hildebrand; her son Leon; her siblings Gordon (Laurie) Unrau, Nancy (Dan) Hildebrandt, Norman (Joanne) Unrau, Ed Unrau and sister-in-law Dorothy Derksen and numerous nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 17, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. from Bridgeway Community Church with Pastor Bob Cappelle officiating. The interment took place at Hillcrest Cemetery, Swift Current, SK.

DAVID R. LOEWEN

August 12, 2011 David R. Loewen, 92, died peacefully with his family by his side. Dave was born in Steinbach on March 29, 1919 to Helena Ratzlaff and A.T. Loewen.

Dave married Elvina Toews on August 16, 1942 at the E.M.B. Church in Steinbach. Dave is survived by his loving wife of 69 years, Elvina, and their children Russ (Marilyn) of Winnipeg, Wayne (Kathy) of Winnipeg, Sharon (Tom Prochnow) of Gilbert, Iowa; grandchildren and great grandchildren, Sara Prochnow Ojard (Nels), Evelyn, Thomas; David (Dawn) Prochnow, Noah; Jonathan (Emily) Prochnow, Owen; Shea Loewen; “grandchild” Carlisle (Leona) Wright, Daryn, Addison; his brothers, Bob (Mary), Glenn, Ray (Anne), LaVern (Marni), Waldy (Gloria), and sisters, Rachel (Johnny Reimer) and Matilda (Irvin Friesen), and numerous nieces and nephews.

The Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, August 16th at 11:00 a.m. at Birchwood Funeral Chapel in Steinbach, MB. Interment at Heritage Cemetery, Steinbach.

MENNO FRIESEN

His prayers were answered on Aug. 7th, 2011 when he peacefully passed away at the Bethesda Hospital in Steinbach.
 
He was predeceased by his father, Martin P. Friesen, his mother, Anna and by one brother, Ernie. He leaves to mourn his son Mark Friesen, his sister Linda (Menno) Barkman, brothers Peter (Violet) Friesen, Paul (Margaret) Friesen, and many nieces and nephews.
 
The funeral service will be held Thursday, August 11, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at Birchwood Funeral Chapel in Steinbach with viewing prior to the service.  Interment will follow at the Blumenort EMC Cemetery.

BERTHA BUSKO (nee Sobering)
January 5, 1910 – August 6, 2011

Bertha Busko at age 101 passed away peacefully at Kensington Gardens Nursing Home , Toronto , ON. Predeceased by husbands Wm. Duff  and  John  Busko. Beloved mother of daughters Madeline Silver and the late Lilias Mitchell. Pre-deceased by her son-in-laws  Robert Silver and Ross Mitchell.  Sadly missed by her grandchildren David (wife Deborah) Diane , Gregory and Grant, and Great Grandson Mackenzie.

Bertha was the last living child of her late parents, Magdalena and Heinrich Sobering who immigrated to Manitoba in 1900 from Hungary. She was predeceased by her sisters Barbara, Johanna , Catherine , Magdalena , Anna and Eva. Brothers Simon, Heinrich , Andreas and John. As a teenager Bertha was employed at the Steinbach Telephone Exchange switchboard.

MARJORIE CARR

Marjorie Carr, 85, of Steinbach, passed away Thursday, August 4, 2011, at Bethesda Place in Steinbach.

She is survived by one son and his family.

She was predeceased by her first husband Ernest Goossen; and her second husband Martin Carr in 2000.

The funeral was held Monday, August 8, 2011, at 10:30 a.m. in the Great Room at Bethesda Place.  Interment took place at Heritage Cemetery, Steinbach.

DIANE LAMONT

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Diane Lamont, Thursday, August 4, 2011.

Diane is survived by her loving husband of 45 years, Hugh; her daughter Shaun and husband Ken. She is also survived by the light of her life...her grandchildren, Brendon, Keenan and Kiera. Diane is also survived by her brothers-in-law, Lorne and Don (Lise) and family. Diane held close to her heart her nieces and nephews, Brian (Laurie, Noah, Kevin, Kristy, Nathan), Bruce (Lori), Donna Mae (Tara, Harvey, Hailey, Lauryn), (Chris, Kristina, Adana, Jayden, Greg), Greg. She is also survived by Clarence (Eve), Alice (Bill), Cindy, Jarvis and Glenn.

Diane was predecessed by her parents, Henry and Hilda; parents-in-law, Earl and Ethel; nephew Jim; and very special sister-in-law and friend Lorna.

A celebration of her life will be held Wednesday, August 10, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at the Dominion City United Church.

In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Diane may be made to the Roseau Crossing Heritage Park and/or the Dominion City Arena.
