Businessman’s funeral next week

The funeral service for a well-known Steinbach businessman who passed away on Monday in a fatal motorcycle accident will be held next week.
The life of John Friesen, co-owner of Friesen Drillers, will be celebrated Tuesday, July 29 at 11 a.m. at Southland Church in Steinbach.
Friesen was on a road trip with some friends when he lost control of his motorcycle around 6:30 p.m. near Maple Creek, Sask. He was rushed to hospital but did not survive his injuries.
He was 63 years old.
