Chamber launches Steinbach campaign

The Steinbach Chamber of Commerce has launched a new marketing campaign aimed at promoting Steinbach.

“People often comment that Steinbach is such a great place to live. A great place to raise a family.” said Steinbach Chamber of Commerce executive director Linda Peters. “What we realized is that we weren’t very proactive in sharing that good news with others.”

The chamber has created a new video which can be viewed at MoreForYouHere.ca. The chamber says it showcases an affordable growing community. A community that welcomes diversity. A community that offers a wide array of recreational opportunities from sports to the arts, festivals and walking paths, and much more.

Peters says when they searched the Internet for information about Steinbach there was very little visual information.

“These days, short visual tools are important to capture people’s attention, so that was what we originally set out to do. But the project has grown into much more,” she said. “We soon realized this was an opportunity to really showcase what a beautiful community we have and how proud we are to live in Steinbach.”
