Fire consumes Woodridge home

A home in Woodridge was heavily damaged by fire on Friday afternoon.
Fire crews from Woodridge and Sprague were called at about 1 p.m. to a residence in the south end of the community. Crews were able to stop the spread of the fire throughout the building but RCMP said in a release the home is still considered a total write-off.
No one was injured in the blaze.
The office of the fire commissioner and RCMP continue to investigate the incident. It is not considered suspicious.
