Police seek theft, vandalism perpetrators

Steinbach RCMP is on the lookout for those responsible for stealing a utility terrain vehicle and breaking into a motor vehicle.

Police are investigating the theft of a utility terrain vehicle in La Broquerie. Suspects broke into a shed on a residential property and stole the vehicle worth some $20,000. The vehicle is believed to have been taken on May 14-15.

RCMP also wants to find those responsible for damaging a motor vehicle in Steinbach on the evening of May 8. The vehicle was scratched on the hood, trunk and driver’s door. Most notably, four out of five wheel nuts from one of the tires was removed, compromising the vehicle’s safety.
