Poor roads prompt second day of school closures

Extreme weather and hazardous winter driving conditions have closed schools across the Southeast for another day.

Schools are closed in Hanover, Seine River, Red River Valley, Border Land and Sunrise School Division. DSFM schools in the area are also closed.

Highway 75 and Highway 23, both closed on Tuesday evening, remained closed Wednesday morning. Other highways in the region continue to report snow and ice covered conditions, blowing snow and fair visibility.
