RCMP seek tips in Taco Del Mar theft

Steinbach RCMP are asking the public for assistance in identifying two males involved in a theft at Steinbach’s Taco Del Mar restaurant. 

RCMP report that early in the morning of Jan. 2, officers responded to an incident at the business, located along Park Road West.

Two individuals purchased food at the adjoining Subway. One individual leaped over to the Taco Del Mar counter and took a tip jar containing an undisclosed amount of cash. The male also tried and failed to open the cash register.

The two men then left the premises before anyone noticed the theft.
