“It’s a very solid brand name. It has a bigger market share in all the market places that it’s it. We want to see it continue to grow. What we’re very happy to see is how long agents have stayed with the brand in Steinbach,” said Keith Unger.

“We’re happy with the agents we have here. They have great name brand power in each of them. They work really well together. They all have large client lists and are really well received in the community.”

Unger said Steinbach is a great community to work in and sell homes.

“It’s all about the community for sure. Steinbach has been vibrant. It’s had a lot of growth. It’s shown to be fairly stable. We’re happy to be in a community like this. Being the third biggest city in Manitoba, we’re starting to see and feel that if people are moving back to Manitoba Steinbach is an option because of jobs in the community,” he said.

“Moving forward we want to continue to grow and we want to keep attracting agents that are looking for the same mentality as we are to serve the community and grow the business.”
