Highway 52, just west of the Kleefeld turnoff at Provincial Road 216, was closed on Wednesday night after a two-vehicle collision around 6 p.m.

Kleefeld fire chief John Schroeder said there was a single occupant in each of the vehicles.

The female driver of a red car was airlifted by STARS. Schroeder suspected the woman suffered some broken bones in the crash.
