Saint-Jean Baptiste celebrations arrive

La Broquerie will celebrate St-Jean Baptiste Days this weekend with events on Saturday and Sunday.
Saturday morning will start with a pancake breakfast from 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. The hearty meal will be followed by the day-long baseball tournament.
A social at the arena, featuring musical acts the Dust Rhinos and Harlequin, will begin at 9 p.m.
Fireworks will cap Saturday at 10:30 p.m.
On Sunday, the parade begins at 11:30 a.m. and will be followed by activities in the park for the whole family throughout the afternoon. Musical acts appearing on Sunday afternoon include Ya Ketchose, Dan Gervais, and Ca Claque.
