Schools in Border Land, Red River Valley and regions 1 and 2 of Sunrise School Division are closed due to extreme wind chill.

Temperatures are forecasted to dip as low as -47 C with the wind chill on Friday.

All school divisions in the Southeast were closed yesterday due to extreme weather and poor driving conditions.
