Vehicle crashes into Crossroads Convenience

A beige Chevrolet Aveo crashed into the front window of Crossroads Convenience in Steinbach on Friday afternoon.

Steinbach RCMP Const. Iain McLeod said they received a call around 2 p.m. that a vehicle had crashed into the front of the building.

“We’re currently just trying to figure out what happened,” he said. “Witnesses claim that they saw a vehicle accelerating quickly towards the building at which point it crashed into the building.”

No one was injured in the crash.
