Winter storm prompts closures

The first major snowstorm of the season has brought with it a swath of school cancellations across the Southeast.

Schools are closed in Hanover, Seine River, Red River Valley, Border Land, and Sunrise School Division as well as DSFM schools in the region.

Providence University College in Otterburne is also closed.

Snow covered roads with fair visibility are also reported across southeastern Manitoba Tuesday morning.
