Extreme cold maintains some school closures

Extremely cold weather conditions continue throughout the Southeast with the deep freeze again impacting some school divisions on Thursday.

Border Land School Division has cancelled classes for a third straight day. In regions 2 and 3 of Sunrise School Division classes are also cancelled.

Environment Canada indicates that extreme wind chill levels are expected to subside on Thursday afternoon.
