Man pleads guilty to indecent acts

A man who was arrested in October for committing indecent acts in Steinbach has pleaded guilty to his charges.

Dale Reinke, 26, entered guilty pleas in Steinbach court on Thursday for masturbating in public on three separate occasions.

Judge Ken Champagne accepted Reinke’s plea and ordered a pre-sentence report be prepared.

Reinke was arrested on Oct. 4 after Steinbach RCMP received reports on Oct. 1 of a male committing an indecent act while sitting on a bench in L.A. Barkman Park, where children were playing nearby and a further report on Oct. 2 of another incident at the corner of Reimer Avenue and Fourth Street.

Reinke will be sentenced on July 6.
