Niverville will kick off the summer season this weekend when the town hosts the annual Olde Tyme Country Fair.

The event will get going Friday with gates opening at 5:30 p.m.

Evening attractions include a Show ‘n’ Shine car show, petting zoo, street market, food festival, and freestyle motocross show.

Friday will also see a number of musical acts hit the stage to entertain the crowd, and the evening will wrap up with a fireworks show starting at 11:15 p.m.

A full day of Saturday activities starts with a pancake breakfast at 8 a.m. The Niverville Credit Union barbecue will fire up at 11 a.m., one hour before the parade begins.

A Niverville version of the newlywed game is planned for 3:30 p.m., and more musical acts will play throughout the day.
