One man was flown by STARS to Health Sciences Centre in Winnipeg after a two-vehicle collision west of the Provincial Road 206 turnoff on Highway 52.
Kleefeld fire chief John Schroeder said the crash, involving a GMC Envoy and a Dodge Ram, occurred around 7:45 a.m.
Schroeder said it appeared the Envoy was attempting a left turn onto Road 38E when it was rear-ended by the truck.
Both drivers and a passenger in the pick-up were taken to hospital in Steinbach for observation. A second passenger in the pick-up was transported to Winnipeg by STARS with non-life threatening injuries.
Update 10:21 a.m.: Further information provided on number of passengers involved.
