Shed fire investigated in Richer

Steinbach RCMP have launched an arson investigation into a Friday fire that engulfed an outbuilding behind the Husky gas station in Richer.

Police arrived on scene to find the Richer Fire Department had extinguished the blaze, which charred the LUD of Richer’s recycling shed, Steinbach RCMP said Monday in a release.

The fire may have started around midnight on Friday, and Steinbach RCMP are treating the incident as an arson.
