Steinbach RCMP seek missing teen

Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating 16-year-old Noreen Kyla Osborne.

She was last seen on Feb. 28 in the Steinbach area.

She is described as 5'6", 133 lbs. The teen has brown eyes and long hair, the colour of which may vary, police said in a Thursday morning press release.

She is believed to be in the Winnipeg area.
