The eastbound lanes of the Trans-Canada Highway, between Deacon's Corner and Highway 12, have been closed Thursday morning due to poor winter driving conditions.
Visibility is expected to improve later in the afternoon as snowfall tapers off, according to Environment Canada.

Update: Highway was reopened as of late Thursday night.
