Teen dies in Oakbank-area crash

A 15-year-old male from Oakbank died on Sunday after his dirt bike collided with a train.
Oakbank RCMP responded to a report of the collision at 5:50 p.m. The crash occurred at a railway crossing on Spruce Road, north of Oakwood Road in the RM of Springfield.
Police said the dirt bike was northbound on Spruce Road when it collided with the eastbound train.
The teenager was pronounced dead at the scene.
RCMP and CP Police continue to investigate the crash.
