St Pierre Jolys RCMP are investigating several reports of thefts from motor vehicles in Niverville that occurred during the early morning hours of Jan. 26.
Police said in a release that a dark coloured minivan was observed on multiple video surveillance cameras and a male suspect was observed getting out of the passenger side of the vehicle.
The man is described as Caucasian, in his early 20s, with a beard, a darker coloured toque and hoodie.
Anyone who may have witnessed suspicious activity around this time is asked to contact St Pierre Jolys RCMP at 204-433-7433 or call Manitoba Crime Stoppers anonymously at 1-800-222-8477, submit a secure tip online at www.manitobacrimestoppers.com or text "TIPMAN" plus a message to CRIMES (274637).
