HELEN HIEBERT (nee Wiebe)
July 29, 1920 - May 23, 2018
Helen Hiebert, 97, of Niverville, formerly of MacGregor, passed away peacefully to meet her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, Wednesday, May 23, 2018 at Bethesda Regional Health Centre, Steinbach, MB.
She was born to Reverend Peter F. and Helen Wiebe.
She is survived by her six children: Peter (Dorothy) Hiebert of Niverville, Hilda (Dan) Warkentin of Landmark, Martha (Abe) Harder of Portage La Prairie, Tony (Carol) Hiebert of Austin, Esther (Spouse Abe deceased) Giesbrecht of Niverville, Art (Laurel) Hiebert of Truro, NS; 16 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren, four great-great-grandchildren; two sisters; two brothers, and one brother-in-law Henry with his wife.
She was predeceased by her husband Peter D. Hiebert, one grandson and one son-in-law, two brothers and three sisters.
The funeral service for Helen was held Sunday, May 27, 2018 at 1:30 p.m. at Birchwood Funeral Chapel, with burial at Hespeler Cemetery, Niverville, MB.
We as a family would like to thank the staff at the Bethesda Regional Health Centre for their care of our mother during this difficult time. We also thank you, our friends and family, for your many prayers and expressions of sympathy extended to our family.
