Tell our readers a bit about your professional life. What do you do for a living? If you're an incumbent candidate, what did you do before you entered politics?
I am an engineer-economist, I used to work as a professor at the University of Atlantic in Colombia. I am currently working as a support mentor for people with behavioral and mental issues.
My first steps in political and social activities go back to my high school years when I started to have questions about social justice, inequality, and human rights.

How long have you lived in the constituency? If you don't currently live there, what led you to run there instead of where you live?
More than five years
What is the biggest challenge facing your constituency, and how would you address it?
Unemployment. I would address it with public investments in the industrial sector, social services, and cultural premises.
If elected, what will be your first priority?
To help organize the youth and help them identify their main needs and involve them in achieving their solutions.
Who are your role models in politics, and why?
Simón Bolívar. He established the basis of the patriotic movement that overthrew the Spanish Colonial Empire and foresaw the fundamental requirements for the independent development of new future republics.
Tell us something about yourself that voters might find surprising.
I wanted to be a pilot.
