Meanwhile, the second place Lorette Comets will face off against the last place Grunthal Red Wings in the best of five quarters, with that series slated to get underway Saturday at 8:00 p.m. at Ile des Chenes.

The other two match-ups will have the third place Springfield Xtreme vs. the sixth place Mitchell Mohawks, beginning Thursday at 8:00 p.m. in Mitchell; and the fourth place Steinbach Huskies will square off against the fifth place St. Adolphe Hawks, with game one Tuesday at 8:00 p.m. at St. Adolphe.
