If you missed last weekend’s Rainbow Trout Music Festival and are still looking to get your indie music fix, you’re in luck because the Southeast is home to another music festival this weekend.

Shine On Festival of Music and Art brings festival-goers 30 and 60-minutes sets from 46 popular local Manitoban artists and bands, like Raine Hamilton, Kieran West, Adam Hanney & Co and Micah Erenberg Band.

Music programming, which started Thursday, runs Friday from 5:30 p.m. to 2 a.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 a.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The festival gates will be open until midnight on Friday, Saturday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to noon.

Weekend admission with camping is $60. Day passes are $20 and will be available at the festival’s gates.

The festival takes place at Beaver Creek Park in Kerry, about 40 minutes east of Steinbach.
