RCMP are looking for a missing 28-year-old woman from Ile des Chenes who they say was in the company of a wanted 29-year-old man.
RCMP received the report of the missing female, Breanna Lee Hudson on Thursday evening.
“The investigation has determined that Breanna left a residence in Ile des Chenes in the early morning hours of Feb. 16, 2023 and was picked up by Shaquille MacFarlane, a 29-year-old male,” they said in a Friday press release. “Police and family are very concerned for Breanna’s safety and wellbeing.”
Breanna is described as 5’4” tall, with brown hair and blue eyes.
Shaquille MacFarlane is described as 5’10” tall, 160 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
He currently has warrants for his arrest for two charges of uttering threats against a person, assault, extortion and obstruct justice.
He is also wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for breaching his bail conditions.
Shaquille and Breanna were believed to be travelling together and may be in a black pick-up truck with Calgary as their possible destination.
On Monday RCMP issued an update that said they are believed to still be together in the Winnipeg area.
They are also believed to no longer be in the black pick-up truck but it is unknown if they have access to another vehicle.
“Our priority is to confirm the wellbeing of Breanna,” they said in their Monday update.
Anyone with information is asked to call the St-Pierre-Jolys RCMP at 204-433-7433 or their local police.
