A small group of Steinbach Bible College staff gathered at their new Loewen Boulevard home on Monday morning to watch crews tear apart some of the former Steinbach Family Medical building. A pair of excavators quickly changed the appearance of the building. The west wing of the existing building was removed, and a two-storey portion will be built in its place. The $15 million project was prompted by the growth of Steinbach Christian School which currently shares a building with the college. SBC says they still have about $3 million to raise.
