I’d like to take this opportunity to congratulate some deserving individuals.
Firstly, I’d like to congratulate Obby Khan on being elected the new leader of the PC Party of Manitoba. Obby has done a tremendous job serving his constituents and all Manitobans in his role as an MLA, and that will only continue in this new leadership role. Since his election, there has already been a positive change in the decorum in the chamber that I hope to see only further improve. I look forward to working alongside him in this new capacity.
I recently had the pleasure of seeing the Ste. Anne Collegiate’s production of Mean Girls. I had a great time, and I would like to give a big congratulations to all of the students, teachers, parents, and community members who were involved in putting together this show; you all did a fantastic job!
Lastly, I would also like to give an early congratulations to the 2025 graduates. There are only a few more weeks of school before you all are officially graduated and moving onto new opportunities and bright futures. I look forward to attending some of the local graduation ceremonies in the coming weeks and congratulating you all on your tremendous accomplishments in reaching this milestone.
