The driver of the semi-truck, a 31-year-old male from Calgary, was not injured. The driver of the sedan, a 27-year-old male from the RM of St Clements, was transported to hospital in critical condition. He is now stable but remains in hospital with serious non-life-threatening injuries.

The four-door sedan was unregistered and had no driving lights on. Speed and alcohol appear to be a factor in this collision.

Oakbank RCMP, along with a forensic collision reconstructionist, continue to investigate.
