On Dec. 19, three days after a 71-year-old man went missing on Lake of the Woods, the Winnipeg Police Services Underwater Recovery Team found his body.
RCMP say the Buffalo Point First Nation man was reported missing on Dec. 16.
Tracks from his ice fishing shack on Lake of the Woods, about five miles north of the Buffalo Point Marina, led to a pressure ridge in the ice.
