Jenny and Gary Collantes cut the ribbon Dec. 19 at the grand opening of Burrito Hut, located near the Steinbach clocktower. The couple also runs Lecoka Cafe and Pita Hut in Victoria Plaza, and said they’re thrilled to return to the Main Street location Lecoka vacated 12 years ago. In addition to the titular menu item, Burrito Hut offers platters, quesadillas, and tacos made with homemade sauces and locally sourced meat. Gelato and espresso will soon be available too. Hours of operation are Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Dine-in service is suspended during code red.
