Niverville sisters Jenny, 6, and Millie Legal, 4, roll up their maple taffy on the snow at Festival du Voyageur’s Cabane à Sucre Feb. 15. The tradition is run by Musée St-Pierre-Jolys. The museum’s next event is the Sugaring Off Festival April 3-6 in St Pierre, which will have maple syrup production, historical re-enactments, live music, children’s activities and more.
