Accident victim faces charges

A man in a single vehicle accident on Highway 52 West in the early hours of Sunday escaped uninjured but he’ll be dealing with consequences just the same.

RCMP said the 37-year-old Steinbach man was in a crash they responded to at 12:50 a.m.

As a result of the investigation he faces five charges including operation while over .08, operation while impaired, driving while disqualified, driving an unregistered vehicle and driving without liability insurance.
